Come join us for a unique hat experience and some fun at the ranch! The Highland Brims BUILD YOUR BRIM WORKSHOP- is a Hat-Shaping Experience! Your Hat. Your Story. Your Brim. $189 per person. Limited to 8 people. During this intimate Western hat experience, you’ll create a hat that’s uniquely yours and you will also get to spend some time in the beautiful setting at Willow Oak! Choose a Fedora or Cowboy Hat, explore crown and brim styles, and work with a Certified Hat Shaper to create a look designed for you. Your hat experience includes: your choice of one Fedora or Cowboy Hat, a Professional hat fitting, a personalized crown & brim shaping, a standard hat band, guided styling and design experience, introduction to hat shaping and construction, and hat-care education over a 2 hour session. Additional customization is available a’la carte during the workshop. Browse feathers, pins, charms,, chains, specialty hatbands and personalization options to make your hat even more your own!

Hat Measurement Instructions
Enter your hat measurement
After your booking, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Highland Brims. If you did not confirm your head measurement and hat style/color it will be requested. To ensure the best hat experience for you, we ask you to send this information back within 2 days of receiving the email so there will be enough lead time to order your hat. Alternatively, you may email this information to: info@highlandbrims.com. The last day to confirm your size will be no later than October 31st as orders will be placed on November 1st. Reminders will be sent again the week prior to closing if still needed.

Your Highland Brims Brim Experience is prepaid, and your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Because we reserve event space, inventory, materials, and staffing specifically for our guests, please review the following before purchasing:

All Brim Experience purchases are final and non-refundable.

Can’t make it? You have options:

• 72+ hours before your experience: Contact Highland Brims. At our discretion and subject to availability, your purchase may be transferred to a future Brim Experience as a one-time credit. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original reservation date.

• Transfer your spot: You may gift or transfer your prepaid experience to another person. Please notify Highland Brims before the event whenever possible.

• Less than 72 hours before the experience: Cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened experience, and significantly late arrivals may not be able to participate.

Your prepaid package includes only the hat, services, and customization options identified in the package description. Premium hats, specialty hatbands, handcrafted accessories, pins, conchos, ribbons, and other upgrades may be available for an additional charge.

Specific hat styles, colors, sizes, and embellishments are subject to availability.

Once a hat has been fitted, shaped, steamed, worn, altered, or customized, all sales are final.
