Thank you for your interest in the Discovering Butterflies S.H.E. Lab™ Winter Cohort.
The S.H.E. Lab™ is a curated, immersive career-access experience for emerging women ages 21–40 who are interested in exploring, entering, or advancing within the events, tourism, and brand experiences industry.

This industry is much bigger than event planning. Career opportunities span meetings and conventions, exhibitions and trade shows, experiential and brand marketing, hospitality, tourism and destinations, event technology, production, venues, sports and entertainment experiences, festivals, sponsorships, communications, and more.

You do not need previous industry experience to apply. You do need a genuine interest in discovering where your skills, interests, and career goals may fit within this industry.

The Winter Cohort is a curated 90-day experience taking place January–March 2027. Participants will gain industry exposure, experiential learning, professional development, connections, and access to experiences designed to help them explore and advance their career pathways.
