By submitting a booking request and paying the required deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

    Ā

    1. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our official Linktree booking link, available across our social media platforms.

The booking form allows you to select the appropriate childcare service and provide the information required to process your booking.

WhatsApp and email are available for enquiries and communication, but bookings must be submitted through the booking form.

A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted the booking and received the required deposit.

    Ā

    2. Child Information

Before childcare takes place, parents/guardians must complete our Child Information Form.

This allows us to have the relevant information needed to care for your child/children safely and appropriately, including emergency contacts, allergies, medical information, dietary requirements, routines and other important details.

Returning customers will not need to complete the form again unless there is new or updated information that we need to know.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.

    Ā

    3. Deposit & Payment

A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit must be paid by bank transfer and will be deducted from your total babysitting fee.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the end of the babysitting session, before the childcare provider leaves the property.

Please ensure the correct balance is available at the end of the session.

Any additional hours agreed during the booking will be added to the final balance.

    Ā

    4. Cancellations & Changes

The £20 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

If you need to change your booking date or time, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

    Ā

    5. Arrival & Handover

We aim to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

This time is provided for the handover between the parent/guardian and childcare provider. Parents/guardians can use this time to show us around the home, explain routines, provide important instructions and discuss anything we need to know before they leave.

    Ā

    6. Location of Care

Childcare is provided in the client’s home.

We do not provide childcare from our own private residence or setting.

If childcare is required at another location, such as a wedding, party, hotel or other event, this must be discussed and agreed in advance.

    Ā

    7. Pets

For safety reasons, all pets must be kept in a safe and separate area of the home while childcare is being provided.

If suitable arrangements cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or leave the property where there is a safety concern.

    Ā

    8. Illness

Parents/guardians must inform us before the booking if their child/children are unwell or experiencing symptoms of an infectious illness.

For the safety of everyone involved, we reserve the right to decline or end a booking if a child is too unwell to safely receive childcare or presents a significant risk of infection.

    Ā

    9. Safety & Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our priority.

Parents/guardians must provide all relevant information that may affect their child’s safety or wellbeing.

In an emergency, we may contact the appropriate emergency services and/or the emergency contact provided.

Any safeguarding concerns will be treated seriously and handled in accordance with our professional responsibilities and applicable safeguarding procedures.

    Ā

    10. Booking End Time

Babysitting sessions will finish at the agreed time.

If additional childcare is required, additional time must be agreed where possible and will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Parents/guardians or an authorised adult must be available to take over care at the agreed end time.

If you are unexpectedly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Ā

    11. Travel

You are not required to arrange an Uber or taxi home for the childcare provider after your booking.

However, you are welcome to arrange transport if you wish.

For bookings outside our main London operating area, additional travel costs to and from the booking may apply. Any applicable travel costs will be agreed with you before the booking is confirmed.

    Ā

    12. Access to Your Home

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the childcare provider can safely access the property at the agreed arrival time.

Any necessary keys, entry codes, parking information or access instructions should be provided in advance.

    Ā

    13. Confidentiality & Privacy

    Ā

    16. Respectful Conduct

We expect all communication and interactions between families and childcare providers to remain respectful and professional.

We reserve the right to decline or end a booking where there is threatening, abusive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour towards the childcare provider.
