• 2026 SHPE National Convention – Sponsor & Exhibitor Volunteer Sign-Up

    For sponsors, exhibitors, and their employees to sign up for volunteer opportunities at the convention.

  • SHPE welcomes companies, sponsors, exhibitors, and their employees who are interested in volunteering at the 2026 SHPE National Convention. 

    Use this form if:

    • You are coordinating a volunteer group on behalf of your organization; or
    • You are an employee of a sponsoring or exhibiting company who would like to volunteer outside of your company responsibilities.

    Company and exhibitior volunteers may be placed in select, attendee-facing opportunitites throughout the National Convention. Submissions of this form does not guarantee a specific assignment. Volunteer opportunities will be confirmed based on event needs, availability, and the number of volunteers requested. 

  • Convention Registration is Not Required to Volunteer

    Company representatives do not need to be registered as a Convention attendee or exhibitor to volunteer. Individuals who will not otherwise be registered will receive a special volunteer-only registration link after their assignment is confirmed.

    All volunteers must complete the appropriate registration so SHPE can collect the required information and provide approved event access. Volunteer-only registration provides access for confirmed volunteer assignments and does not include general access to the Career Fair, workshops, or other Convention activities.
