Thank you for your interest in the INAA Leadership Programme 2026–2027.
This 12-month programme is designed for emerging leaders within INAA member firms and is built around three pillars: Learn. Shape. Connect.
Through online masterclasses, collaborative project work and facilitated international networking, participants will have the opportunity to broaden their leadership perspective, develop practical skills and build meaningful relationships with peers across the global INAA community.
The programme is aimed at professionals with approximately 5–7 years of experience who are expected to move into senior leadership positions within the next 3–5 years. There is no age limit.
A maximum of 15 participants will be selected by a panel of INAA Board members.
To complete your application, you will be asked to provide:
- a current CV/resume
- a letter of support from your Director or Managing Partner
- a short motivational statement explaining why you would like to take part and what you hope to gain from the programme
- Confirmation of commitment to lecture series and attendance at the 2027 AGM
