 Thank you for your interest in becoming an Exhibitor at the Art & House Music Event scheduled for November 7, 2026 at Andy Arts Center

Exhibitor Timeline

• Exhibitor Application Opens: August 31st     
• Exhibitor Application Deadline: September 13th
• Exhibitors Notified of Selection: on a rolling basis and by September 20th    
• Selected Exhibitor's Booth Fee due and Completed Participation Agreement returned by: September 27th
• Selected Exhibitor's Promotional Flyers and discount event ticket codes issued: October 4th
• Event map, parking instructions and booth assignments distributed: October 18th 

Event Information

• Event Date: Saturday, November 7th
• Exhibitor Event Times: Load-in/Booth Setup: 1:00 - 3:00PM; Exhibitor Sales: 3:00 - 11:00PM; Break-down/Clean-up: 11:00PM; Event ends @ Midnight
• Event Location: Andy Arts Center, 3000 Fenkell Ave., Detroit (Inside the Flex Garage)
• Booth Fee: $200
• Booth Spaces: 8X8 Space (no tents needed)
• Other Info: The Flex Garage will have lights on during the event, availability of electricity at each booth is TBD

Exhibitor Requirements

• Exhibitors must provide their own: stand-alone display, easels, grid walls, stands, etc., to include Table(s), Chairs, etc.
• Exhibitors are responsible for setup, breakdown, and keeping their space clean.
• Exhibitors may have one additional assistant at their booth (two people total per booth)
• All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event (3:00 PM–11:00 PM).

By submitting this application, I, the Exhibitor, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Ar8House event. Booth spaces are limited and will be selected to create a diverse, high-quality Art/Artisan experience. The Exhibitor fee is $200 and must be paid to reserve and secure my space. The Exhibitor is responsible for provisioning a  stand-alone booth, to include, but not limited to grid walls, easels, stands, tables, chairs, and any and all other equipment.  Exhibitors are prohibited from selling any food and/or drink and/or beer, wine or liquor products. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, certifications, or insurance required to legally operate their business. Exhibitors will retain 100% of sales and are solely responsible for any fees, taxes and/or licensure costs related to sales. As an Exhibitor, I agree to keep my booth open and staffed for the entire duration of the event, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, unless otherwise approved by the event curator.  As an Exhibitor, I understand that Art8House serves solely as the event curator, and Andy Arts Center serves solely as the event venue. Neither Art8House, its affiliated businesses, nor Andy Arts Center shall be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or equipment, weather-related conditions, personal injury, property damage, loss of sales, or any other incidents arising from my participation in the event. As an Exhibitor, I grant Art8House  permission to photograph and record my booth, products, and participation in the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

Payment & Participation Policy

Approved Exhibitors will receive an approval email, invoice, and Participation Agreement on or before September 20th. The Exhibitor Participation Agreement must be signed, and payment must be received on or before September 27th to secure the reserved vendor space.

Failure to return the signed Participation Agreement and submit payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of the reserved space. The space may then be offered to another vendor without further notice.

Vendor fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the event that the event canceled by the event curator or the event venue.
