Liability Waiver
By registering for and participating in Elite80WBB activities, I acknowledge that participation in basketball involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, waive, and hold harmless Elite80WBB, its directors, coaches, trainers, staff, volunteers, William Blount High School, and the Blount County School System from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.
