    1. TRAINING PHILOSOPHY - Kisha's Kommands LLC is a balanced dog training company focused on clear communication, consistency, structure, positive reinforcement, appropriate correction, and individualized training. Methods and tools are selected based on the dog, goals, behavior, safety, and response to training. Tools may include food, toys, slip leads, martingales, prong collars, muzzles, electronic collars, or other appropriate equipment. Clients will be informed before corrective tools are introduced.
    2. TRAINING RESULTS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY - Every dog is an individual. Genetics, temperament, age, health, previous experiences, environment, Client participation, consistency, and other factors may affect training. Kisha's Kommands LLC will make every reasonable effort to help Client and Dog achieve training goals, but does not guarantee specific results or future behavior. Client and household members are responsible for following the Trainer's instructions, practicing as recommended, and consistently reinforcing the training.
    3. TRAINING PRICING
      1. Individual Session: $75 per session; includes lifetime trainer support but not free monthly maintenance.
      2. 6-Session Package: $425
      3. 12-Session Package: $800
      4. 16-Session Package: $1,050
      5. Packages include purchased training sessions, handler sessions, lifetime trainer support, and free monthly maintenance sessions for the dog's lifetime.
      6. After completion of a 16-Session Package, continued work toward the same training goals may be purchased at $65 per additional session. New or unrelated goals, specialized training, or services requiring additional staff are charged at the applicable rate.
    4. PERSONAL PROTECTION TRAINING & ESTIMATED SESSION MAXIMUMS - Personal Protection Training is customized and priced by individual estimate. Pricing is based primarily on the skills and goals being taught rather than a guaranteed number of sessions. Any session number listed on the estimate is the maximum included at the quoted price without additional training charges. A dog may complete the agreed skills in fewer sessions. If more sessions are needed beyond the estimated maximum, Trainer will discuss progress, recommendations, and additional costs before additional paid training. Personal Protection estimates do not include the $25 per-session decoy fee when a decoy is required.
    5. PACKAGE TIME LIMITS & EXPIRATION - Clients are responsible for actively scheduling and completing training. Package training should be completed within six (6) months of the original purchase date. Any unused training sessions remaining one (1) year from the original purchase date automatically expire and become permanently void, with no refund, credit, transfer, replacement, or extension. Scheduling conflicts, cancellations, failure to schedule, extended gaps, vacations, or choosing to wait for a particular Trainer do not pause, reset, or extend these timeframes.
    6. TRAINER REQUESTS & AVAILABILITY - Clients may request a particular Kisha's Kommands Trainer, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request. The availability of any individual Trainer is not guaranteed. If the requested Trainer becomes unavailable or cannot complete training within the allotted timeframe, Client must continue with another available Kisha's Kommands LLC Trainer. Waiting for a preferred Trainer does not pause, reset, or extend training deadlines.
    7. PAYMENT
      1. Individual sessions must be paid for before or at the time of service. Packages must be paid in full before training begins unless an approved payment plan is selected. Accepted payment methods are cash, Zelle, or online payment.
      2. Payment plans are available for all training packages except the 6-Session Package. A $400 initial payment is required before training begins. The remaining balance is paid in $100 weekly installments, due no later than Tuesday of each week, regardless of whether the dog is scheduled or attends training that week.
      3. Failure to attend, schedule, participate in, or complete training does not cancel or reduce Client’s financial obligation under an agreed payment plan.
      4. Training is normally scheduled at approximately two sessions per week. The entire package balance must be paid in full before the dog's final training session. If the final session occurs before the regular payment schedule is complete, the remaining balance is due before that final session.
      5. Training may be suspended for nonpayment; suspension does not extend package deadlines. Clients may pay early without penalty. All agreed payments remain due if Client chooses to discontinue training.
    8. ALL SALES FINAL- All sales are final. Training purchases, packages, payments, deposits, completed services, and unused services are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law. Discontinuing training does not create a right to a refund or eliminate an outstanding payment-plan balance.
    9. MONTHLY MAINTENANCE SESSIONS - Free monthly maintenance sessions are included with training packages for the lifetime of the dog. Individual-session purchases do not qualify. Maintenance is for previously trained skills, not entirely new skills, tasks, or unrelated behavioral issues. Maintenance is limited to one per month, subject to availability, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and does not accumulate or carry over.
    10. LIFETIME TRAINER SUPPORT - Lifetime trainer support is included with packages and individual sessions for reasonable questions and guidance concerning training previously provided. It does not include unlimited hands-on training, additional sessions, new skills, new programs, or retraining at no charge.
    11. SPECIALIZED TRAINING - Specialized training may include tracking, scent work, detection, advanced behavior work, or other training requiring specialized exercises, environments, equipment, or additional people.
      1. Standard Session: $75.
      2. Session requiring an additional staff member: $100. Session requiring more than two people: $125.
      3. The trainer determines staffing and location requirements based on training and safety needs.
    12. AKC TESTING - Testing Fee: $50 per test when purchased separately. CGC certification/title testing is included at no additional charge with the 12-Session and 16-Session Packages. Available testing may include CGC, CGC-A, CGC-U, and Trick Dog Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Performer, and Elite Performer. Dogs must have an appropriate AKC registration, PAL, or AKC Canine Partners number to earn an applicable title. Testing fees cover the evaluation only unless otherwise stated.
    13. SESSION POLICIES
      1. Arrival, Parking & Vehicle Safety: Upon arrival, please park on the rock/gravel area without blocking the driveway. Please make every effort to keep your vehicle off the grass. Do not drive or pull through the yard. For the safety of all clients, dogs, staff, and other animals, Client and Dog must remain inside the vehicle until instructed by a Kisha’s Kommands LLC Trainer to exit. Please notify your Trainer when you arrive and wait for confirmation before exiting, even if the training area appears clear. Clients are responsible for keeping their dog safely secured and under control when entering and exiting the vehicle and must follow Trainer instructions regarding when and where to unload their dog.
      2. Standard training sessions are approximately 45 minutes unless otherwise specified. Clients who arrive late receive the remainder of their scheduled appointment. Clients must follow the trainer's instructions regarding handling and interactions for safety. Early pickup may result in a shortened session if the client's presence interferes with training. Late pickup may result in a fee of $20 for the first 10 minutes and $1 for each additional minute.
      3. Illness & Rescheduling: Clients should not attend training if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or reasonably believe they may be contagious. Dogs should not attend training if they are experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, unusual nasal discharge, fever, suspected contagious illness, or other symptoms that could pose a health risk to people or other animals. Client must notify Kisha’s Kommands LLC as soon as reasonably possible to reschedule. Illness-related cancellations remain subject to the cancellation policy; however, Kisha’s Kommands LLC may waive cancellation fees or session forfeiture at its discretion when circumstances reasonably warrant.
      4. Right to Decline a Session: Kisha’s Kommands LLC reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline a training session when the Trainer reasonably determines that the health, behavior, equipment, environmental conditions, or other circumstances create an unnecessary safety or welfare risk to the Dog, Client, Trainer, another person, or another animal.
    14. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS - If Kisha's Kommands LLC cancels, the session will be rescheduled without charge. Client cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without charge. Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to appear may count as a completed/used session. A $25 no-call/no-show fee may also be charged. Client-requested cancellations and reschedules are limited to three per package, regardless of whether sufficient notice is provided. After three client-requested schedule changes, Kisha’s Kommands LLC may require Client to maintain existing appointments or may discontinue training without refund.
    15. HANDLER SESSIONS - Handler participation is important to successful training. Handler sessions teach commands, techniques, timing, equipment, expectations, and handling skills necessary to maintain training. Failure to participate or consistently reinforce training may negatively affect results.
    16. VACCINATIONS, HEALTH & SAFETY - Client certifies that registration information concerning Dog's health, medical conditions, allergies, behavior, aggression, reactivity, and bite history is complete and accurate to the best of Client's knowledge. Current vaccination records must be received before the dog may begin training. Client must disclose known medical conditions, physical limitations, injuries, allergies, behavioral concerns, aggression, reactivity, bite history, escape or bolting behavior, and any known history of slipping, breaking, or escaping equipment or restraints, and must notify Kisha’s Kommands LLC of material changes during training. The trainer may modify, postpone, or discontinue an exercise when reasonably necessary for safety.
    17. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE -
      1. Client understands and acknowledges that working with, handling, and training dogs involves inherent and unpredictable risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, falls, collisions, fights between animals, property damage, illness, injury, escape, and other accidents. Dogs may react unexpectedly even when reasonable safety precautions are taken. Client voluntarily assumes the risks associated with Dog’s participation in training and related activities with Kisha’s Kommands LLC, including activities occurring during training sessions, handler sessions, loading or unloading, entering or leaving the training area, and other activities reasonably related to the services being provided.
      2. Dog Injury or Illness: Client understands that a dog may become injured, ill, stressed, or experience an unexpected medical event while participating in training. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases and agrees to hold harmless Kisha’s Kommands LLC, its owners, trainers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, expenses, or liability arising from injury, illness, or death of Dog associated with the inherent risks of training or Dog’s own actions, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.
      3. Escape, Elopement & Equipment Failure: Client understands that dogs may unexpectedly bolt, escape, become loose, slip, or break collars, harnesses, leashes, crates, gates, fencing, or other restraints or equipment despite reasonable precautions. Client assumes the inherent risk of Dog becoming loose or escaping during training or while entering, exiting, loading, unloading, or otherwise participating in services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases and agrees to hold harmless Kisha’s Kommands LLC, its owners, trainers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, injuries, expenses, or liability resulting from Dog becoming loose or escaping, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.
      4. Dog’s Actions: Client remains responsible for Dog’s behavior and actions. If the dog bites, attacks, injures, or causes damage to another person, dog, animal, vehicle, property, Trainer, employee, agent, or third party, Client agrees to be responsible for resulting claims, losses, damages, expenses, or liability to the extent provided by applicable law. Client is responsible for providing and maintaining appropriately fitted and reasonably safe collars, harnesses, leashes, crates, and other personally owned equipment used for Dog unless Kisha’s Kommands LLC provides or specifically directs the use of different equipment. Client agrees to disclose any known history of aggression, biting, escaping, bolting, equipment slipping or breaking, reactivity, or other behavior that could reasonably create a safety risk. Failure to disclose such information may result in immediate suspension or termination of training without refund. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Client agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kisha’s Kommands LLC and its owners, trainers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, demands, losses, damages, expenses, or liability arising from Dog’s actions or the inherent risks associated with Dog’s participation in training, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be released, waived, or transferred.
      5. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
    18. TERMINATION OF TRAINING - Kisha's Kommands LLC may suspend or terminate training if
      1. Dog presents a serious safety or health threat
      2. Client intentionally withholds or misrepresents significant behavioral, medical, aggression, bite-history, escape, bolting, equipment-related, or other safety information
      3. Client fails to follow reasonable safety instructions
      4. Client breaches this Agreement
      5. Client's conduct prevents safe or reasonable service.
      6. Termination under any of these circumstances does not entitle Client to a refund.
    19. CONFIDENTIALITY - Any individualized agreement regarding Client pricing, payment arrangements, Personal Protection estimate, or training plan is confidential between Client and Kisha's Kommands LLC unless disclosure is authorized or required by law.
    20. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RECORDING -
      1. Training & Documentation: Client understands and agrees that Kisha’s Kommands LLC may photograph and/or video the Dog during training when reasonably necessary for training, evaluation, progress documentation, trainer education, safety, or internal business records. These recordings may be reviewed by Kisha’s Kommands LLC trainers or staff as reasonably necessary to provide or evaluate training services. Internal photographs and recordings will not be used for public advertising, promotional purposes, or social media unless Client separately authorizes such use below.
      2. Client Recording: Clients may not photograph, video, or audio record training sessions, trainers, staff, other clients, or other dogs without prior approval from Kisha’s Kommands LLC.
    21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT - This Agreement represents the understanding between Client and Kisha's Kommands LLC regarding the services described and supersedes prior verbal discussions or representations. No verbal promise changes these terms. Any modification must be agreed upon in writing.
    22. TERM OF AGREEMENT & UPDATED WAIVERS - This Agreement remains in effect unless replaced or superseded by a subsequent written agreement with Kisha’s Kommands LLC. Completion, expiration, cancellation, or termination of training services does not automatically terminate provisions of this Agreement that are intended by their nature to continue, including applicable assumption of risk, release of liability, indemnification, responsibility for the Dog’s actions, and training-result limitations. Any time limits stated elsewhere in this Agreement for completing or using purchased training sessions—including package completion goals or expiration of unused sessions—apply only to the use of those services and do not constitute an expiration date for this Agreement or its continuing liability provisions. Because a Dog’s health, behavior, training, and circumstances may change over time, Kisha’s Kommands LLC may require the Client to complete an updated or session-specific waiver, health and behavior disclosure, or other documentation before providing future services.

Any updated or session-specific waiver supplements this Agreement and does not cancel or replace it unless Kisha’s Kommands LLC expressly states otherwise in writing.

    23. TRAINING LOCATIONS - Training may take place at Kisha’s Kommands LLC’s primary training location or at other appropriate public, private, or third-party locations selected or approved for training purposes. Client understands that different environments may involve additional risks and distractions. Client agrees that the assumption of risk, release of liability, indemnification, and other applicable terms of this Agreement apply regardless of the location where Kisha’s Kommands LLC services are provided, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
