Please submit one registration form per child. If you are registering more than one child, complete the form for one child first, then submit a separate form for each additional child.

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we have reached capacity, registration will close, and you will have the option to join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, families on the waitlist will be notified and given the opportunity to register.
