I require a minimum of one consultation for all new guests, and depending on your hair history and desired results, I may request a second, in-person consultation before your salon reservation can be confirmed. This may also include an on-scalp patch test.

A note about health conditions and your hair...

There are several health and medical factors that can greatly impact your hair goals and what I am able to achieve while maintaining the safety and integrity of your hair and scalp. Sharing your information is strictly voluntary but is recommended to prevent adverse reactions, poor outcomes, or service refusal at the time of your salon reservation.

Here are some things to note about booking with me:

I am specialized in lived-in and low-maintenance dimensional color, embracing and enhancing natural grey, and addressing hair thinning and loss. I love creating beautiful hair, and my ultimate goal is to help you LOVE yours!

I offer hair transformations, not just appointments, and I do this with all-inclusive package pricing. Your unique hair transformation and pricing will be discussed during our consultation and at the time of booking.

For all new and returning guests, I require a card on file at the time of booking, along with a 50% non-refundable reservation fee. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Should a scheduling conflict arise, I’m happy to accommodate a reschedule whenever possible, based on availability. Rescheduling requests are considered at my discretion and must be received at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled salon reservation time

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge for the full remaining balance of your booking to the card on file.

I do not accept gratuity. (But thank you!)

I film and photograph virtually all of my guests during their appointments for marketing and educational purposes. Your hair and service results may be photographed and/or filmed during your salon visit.

If you prefer not to have your face included in any content, I will absolutely respect that. Please note that your hair and service work may still be captured on camera.

Requests for hair extensions or color corrections require an in-person consultation and a signed service agreement before an appointment can be booked. A booking is not confirmed until both the consultation and agreement have been completed, and the reservation fee has been paid.
