  • Two-Payment Option: To make participation more accessible, eligible registration rates may be divided into two payments. Your first payment is due at registration and reserves your space. The remaining balance must be paid by the applicable balance deadline. There is no additional fee from Kindred Healing or CCCPW for choosing the payment plan.

    We understand that plans can change, especially during pregnancy and early parenthood.

    Cancellation 7 or more days before the program begins: You may receive a full refund, minus any nonrefundable participant-material costs already purchased on your behalf.

    Cancellation less than 7 days before the program begins: Registration fees are nonrefundable, but you may request to transfer your payment to a future Bringing Baby Home® offering, if space is available.

    After the program begins: Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

    If the program is canceled or rescheduled by Kindred Healing Counseling Services or CCCPW: You may choose a full refund or transfer your registration to a future offering.

    Payment plans: The same cancellation rules apply to payments already made. Any remaining unpaid balance will be canceled if your cancellation qualifies under this policy.

    Scholarship or financial-assistance awards have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

    If an unexpected medical, pregnancy-related, postpartum, or family emergency affects your ability to participate, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to find an equitable solution when possible.
