Independent community activity. RAD Run Club is not sponsored, operated, supervised, insured, or controlled by X3 Sports. Any donated refreshments, member participation, or use of a nearby meeting location does not make X3 Sports an organizer or sponsor of the run.

I intend to participate voluntarily in one or more RAD Run Club outdoor group runs, walks, warm-ups, cool-downs, meetups, route activities, and related recreational activities (collectively, the "Activities"). I understand that participation is optional and that I am responsible for choosing a pace and distance appropriate for me.

I represent that I am physically capable of participating, or have obtained appropriate medical guidance before doing so. RAD Run Club does not provide medical screening, medical advice, individualized exercise prescriptions, or guaranteed supervision. I will stop participating if I experience concerning symptoms and will seek appropriate medical attention.

I understand that running and walking outdoors involve inherent and other risks, including falls; uneven, wet, broken, or slippery surfaces; curbs, potholes, debris, stairs, and changing terrain; motor vehicles, bicycles, scooters, pedestrians, animals, and traffic; intersections and road crossings; heat, cold, humidity, rain, lightning, poor air quality, and other weather; dehydration, heat illness, fatigue, overexertion, strains, sprains, fractures, cardiac or respiratory events; separation from the group; criminal or intentional acts of third parties; and delayed emergency assistance. Serious injury, illness, disability, property loss, or death may result.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks of participating in the Activities, both known and unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law. I understand that no route, pacer, run leader, volunteer, or group arrangement can eliminate the risks of outdoor running.

I agree to obey applicable pedestrian and traffic laws, traffic-control devices, and lawful instructions of public authorities. I will exercise reasonable care at intersections and road crossings; remain alert to vehicles and other path users; use sidewalks, paths, and designated crossings when reasonably available; and avoid device or headphone use that prevents me from safely perceiving my surroundings. Pacers and run leaders are community volunteers and do not provide traffic control, individualized supervision, security, or a guarantee that I will remain with the group.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, I, FOR MYSELF AND MY HEIRS, ESTATE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE RAD RUN CLUB AND ITS ORGANIZER(S), RUN LEADERS, PACERS, VOLUNTEERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A CLAIM CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED.

If I become injured or ill, I authorize the organizer or volunteers, when reasonably necessary, to contact 911, emergency services, and/or my emergency contact. I understand that RAD Run Club does not promise to provide medical care, rescue, transportation, or medical personnel and that I am responsible for medical or transportation expenses incurred on my behalf.

I am responsible for my personal belongings, including my phone, keys, clothing, bags, vehicle, and other property. The Released Parties are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be waived.

I understand that photographs, video, and audio may be captured during RAD Run Club activities. Unless I select the opt-out below, I grant RAD Run Club and its organizer permission to use my likeness, image, voice, and appearance for lawful community, promotional, and social-media purposes without compensation. I may provide written notice withdrawing consent for future recordings.

A participant under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian and comply with any supervision requirements established for the activity. A parent or guardian signing below gives permission for the minor to participate. The parties acknowledge that the enforceability of releases involving minors may be treated differently under Georgia law.

This agreement is governed by Georgia law. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Organizer note: Keep signed records securely and maintain a separate attendance/check-in record for each run date. This template should be reviewed by a Georgia-licensed attorney before the organizer relies on it as legal protection.
