Magna Deo Center for the Biblical Arts and Education presents Music Lessons with Daryl Fjeldheim. Mondays- daytime and evening classes available. We now offer music lessons every Monday with Daryl Fjeldheim from 2-8 pm. Daryl has performed at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Craterian Theatre, Britt Festival, Oregon Cabaret Theatre, Rogue Music Theatre, and Camelot Theatre and with various local groups. He has a music degree from California State University Northridge and did additional studies at LA Jazz Workshop. Before moving to the Rogue Valley, he toured nationally and internationally with Big Bands and cruise ships. He has taught private lessons in woodwinds (saxophone, flute, clarinet) and beginning piano to ages 8 and up since 1998, providing instruction in foundational to advanced skills and also opportunities for his students to play in various groups such as jazz combos and saxophone quartets. Over the years, many of his students have participated in the District Music Festival, and placed high enough to advance to the annual State Solo Competition. He is happy to teach at the beautiful and inspiring grounds of Magna Deo!
