I'll try to keep this as short as possible because I know we all hate reading T&C's!!
1. Custom Orders
Custom orders may include original characters, colour combinations, accessories, outfits, expressions, themes or other design elements requested by you.
While I will do my best to bring your idea to life, handmade pieces may have small variations from digital sketches, reference images or previous pieces. These variations are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
I reserve the right to make minor adjustments to a design where necessary to ensure the finished piece is structurally sound and suitable for polymer clay.
2. Payment
Full payment is required before work on your custom piece begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your payment covers the design process, materials, labour and shipping costs.
3. Cancellations & Change of Mind
Custom orders are generally non-refundable.
My pieces cannot be resold to another customer or used for the purpose of copying my design for resell, change-of-mind refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed.
Cancellation before work begins
I may offer a full or partial refund before the sculpting process and will only hold the amount to cover materials purchased and transaction / processing fees.
4. Design
Please make sure you are reviewing the concept sketches, please be as honest as possible with feedback and don't be afraid to make adjustments before sculpting. If you want to add more details after I have started, please contact me and I'll see what we can do :)
5. Reference Images & Inspiration
You may provide reference images, colour palettes, characters or other visual references to help communicate your idea.
I will not intentionally reproduce another artist's original artwork as my own. If your request is based on another artist's work, I may ask you to provide additional information or modify the request so that I can create an original interpretation.
6. Original Designs & Intellectual Property
All original characters, artwork, illustrations, concepts and designs created by me remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a physical custom piece does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, character design, concept or intellectual property to you.
Character Ownership
If you provide your own original character, you retain ownership of the character you created. However, the artwork, sculptural interpretation and original artwork I create remain my intellectual property.
7. Use of My Designs
You may not reproduce, copy, mould, manufacture, trace, sell, distribute or commercially exploit my original designs without my written permission.
Purchasing a custom piece does not grant permission to reproduce the design.
8. Artist Rights & Portfolio Use
Unless you specifically request otherwise before placing your order, I reserve the right to photograph, film and share your finished custom piece for promotional purposes.
If your custom piece contains private, personal or confidential information that you do not want publicly shared, please let me know before work begins.
