Standard Delivery — Included Your personalized song will be delivered within 3–5 business days after your completed questionnaire and full payment have been received and confirmed. Rush Delivery — Additional $25 Receive your personalized song within 48 hours after your completed questionnaire and full payment have been received and confirmed, subject to availability. If rush delivery cannot be accepted or fulfilled within the confirmed timeframe, the $25 rush fee will be refunded. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Commercial use, resale, or redistribution for profit requires prior written permission from Your Story. Your Song. Your Privacy: Your personal stories, names, photos, and information will be used to create and deliver your song and manage your order. Information necessary to fulfill your order may be processed through third-party services, including AI music-generation and payment providers. We will not publicly share your song, personal story, or testimonial without your permission. Customer Responsibility: By submitting your story or materials, you confirm that you have permission to provide them for the creation of your personalized song.

Revision & Refund Policy Because each song is custom-created from the information you provide, all sales are final once production begins. Please review your questionnaire carefully before submitting. Your completed questionnaire will serve as the creative direction for your song. We will correct, at no additional charge, any errors we make involving names, important details, or information that differs from what you submitted. Requests to change the genre, story, message, mood, lyrics, or other creative direction after production has begun are not included and may require an additional fee. Rush fees are normally nonrefundable once production begins. If we cannot fulfill the confirmed rush-delivery timeframe, the $25 rush fee will be refunded. If Excellence Unlimited is unable to complete your order, you will receive a full refund.
