Revision & Refund Policy Because each song is custom-created from the information you provide, all sales are final once production begins. Please review your questionnaire carefully before submitting. Your completed questionnaire will serve as the creative direction for your song. We will correct, at no additional charge, any errors we make involving names, important details, or information that differs from what you submitted. Requests to change the genre, story, message, mood, lyrics, or other creative direction after production has begun are not included and may require an additional fee. If Excellence Unlimited is unable to complete your order, you will receive a full refund. Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.
