Congratulations! We can't wait to work together to make this year's Feeder-Wide Musical a huge success!

Because this project involves hundreds of students from nine different schools, all of us have to work together to keep students safe, happy, learning, and creating. This form asks for a lot of information, all of which is necessary to keep lines of communications transparent and clear throughout this process.

Of special importance are all means of communication. Please make sure all email addresses and phone numbers are entered correctly. Your student's "Perm ID," found on the "Student Information" Tab of Parent Vue on Synergy, will allow us to communicate via Rooms on the RCS App. But parents (and students, if the student is old enough for parents to want them to receive communications about this) must be signed in to Rooms on the RCS App in order to receive these messages. Please reach out to your school's front office personnel if you don't know how to sign in to Rooms on the RCS App.

Each child's safety is our #1 concern, followed closely by our desire to provide a fun learning environment in the Arts. As such, we have a precise system for attendance check-in and check-out, a full staff of faculty advisors and student volunteers to keep younger students supervised, and years of experience to plan for the unexpected. Your cooperation is appreciated as we enact an infrastucture built for student success and community involvement.

2. In the event that scheduling conflicts prevent {studentName} from attending a rehearsal, we will:

We understand that students picked up more than 20 minutes the first time will be placed on a probationary status, and that students picked up more than 20 minutes late the second time will be removed from all future rehearsals and performances.

8. We understand that we must be a member of our school's choir or theater program (if these programs are available for your grade level) to participate in the Stewarts Creek Feeder-Wide Musical.
