Volunteer Signup Information
Please complete this form for ONE volunteer only. Each person volunteering with Trans Affirm must submit their own individual signup form and provide their own contact information.

If you are planning to volunteer with a partner, friend, family member, or another specific person, both volunteers must complete separate forms and select the same shift.

Please pay close attention to the number of spots remaining before signing up together. If a shift only has one spot remaining and you are only able or willing to volunteer if both of you can participate together, please do not register for that shift. Instead, choose another shift that has at least two available spots so both volunteers can register.

Submitting the name of another volunteer does not reserve a spot for them. Their spot is only reserved once they have completed and submitted their own volunteer signup form.
