Christ Church Nominations Form
Do you know someone at Christ Church who would be a great fit for a leadership role? Use this form to nominate them for one of our administrative or leadership teams. Our Lay Leadership/Nominations Committee will review all nominations and recommend a 2027 slate that balances backgrounds, gifts, and experiences. The slate will be voted upon at our November 8, 2026 Church Council Meeting.

Eligibility: Open to all members of Christ Church. For descriptions of our leadership teams visit the Christ Church Nominations webpage.

Once you submit a nomination, we will follow up with your nominee and invite them to complete the 2027 Leadership Application.
