We’re curating a cozy‑cute Fall Flea Market filled with vintage gems, autumn textures, and sweet seasonal treats.
Seeking vendors who bring:

• Flea Finds — curated vintage, thrifted treasures, Y2K pieces, trinkets, collectibles
• Handmade Trinkets — jewelry, charms, accessories, tiny goods, giftable pieces
• Fall Fashion — knits, denim, jackets, warm tones, campus‑friendly fall fits
• Autumn Scents — candles, wax melts, room sprays, cozy home fragrances
• Seasonal Sweets — baked goods, pastries, fall‑flavored treats, chai/pumpkin/apple vibes

We love vendors who lean into the season with warm colors, cozy textures, nostalgic details, and fall‑coded booth styling. If your brand feels vintage, handmade, cozy, or autumn‑inspired, you’ll fit right in.

 

VENDOR FEE: 
Standard (10x10) : $115 + ($4 processing fee)

 Umbrella/Table Space: $75 (+ processing fee)

Your Vendor Fee includes:

*Participate at a steady-traffic, family-friendly event 

*Marketing through social media, email blasts, etc..

*Receive a space to maximize exposure & sales for your business.

It also covers: our time working with you on registration, advertising, entertainment, and location fee. 

This is more than a booth—it’s a chance to connect, sell, and shine in a professionally produced environment.

BEFORE YOU APPLY PLEASE ENSURE YOU CAN COMPLY.

All participating vendors are expected to post and share the event on social media.

All vendors must have active social media to be considered.

IMPORTANT: Vendor Booth Presentation Requirements

All booths must have elevated, intentional merchandising. This includes:

• A clearly visible business name or logo (professionally produced or artfully created)
• Clean, professional, or creatively designed signage for pricing and payment options

• All tables shall be covered with linens that go all the way to the floor & wrinkle free/fitted. ( No Table legs showing)
• All personal items shall be out of sight of guests, either stored in vehicles or under fully skirted tables.

Acceptable colors for canopies: White, Pink, black (Other colors MAY be allowed if your tent is branded, please submit photos to get approval).

ALL canopies must be straight legged.

Prohibited uses include: items containing religious or political references, weapons of any kind (inclusive of custom pocket knives)

Vendors are responsible for ALL items for their set-up. 

No Booth Sharing Policy
Just a reminder that booth sharing is not allowed at this market. Each vendor must be approved individually and must operate within their assigned space only. This helps us keep things fair, organized, and aligned with our vendor guidelines.

If someone you know is interested in participating, they’re welcome to apply directly so we can review their products and place them appropriately.
