At the Purchaser’s request, the animal(s) will be maintained by AVR until the time of harvest. Valley Butchery in Entiat will slaughter and cut/wrap the meat.

The cost of our Lamb, to be paid to Ardenvoir Ranch, is $12.00/pound hanging weight for a whole lamb. This price includes the cost of basic cut/wrap. Hanging weight will be determined upon slaughter and final cost will be calculated and invoiced. Any specialty products (ie. pepperoni sticks) are an extra cost and will be added and reflected on your final invoice.

AVR will notify you of the date of slaughter, and transport the lamb to Valley Butchery. Please complete the cut sheet as soon as possible so it can be given to the butcher for cutting instructions.
Should the purchaser default on this agreement, the payment will not be refunded. Although, it can be credited to another buyer if the Purchaser who signs this agreement makes that arrangement with another buyer.

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Ardenvoir Ranch and the Purchaser. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing. Please check the following:
