    This is an application to join us in Acre this December and January, either for the Feitio in Cruzeiro do Sul, the New Year's Festival in Mutum, or both.The group is around ten people and each person is confirmed personally, so please take your time with these answers.

  • About the Feitio

  • The Feitio is days of physical work beside the pots, cleaning leaves, pounding vine and tending the fire, in heat and humidity, alongside people who have been cooking their whole lives. Accommodation is simple and close to the Feitio house, and for some that may mean a hammock. This is not a retreat.

  • The Donation

  • The recommended donation for the New Year's Festival is $4,000 USD. The donation for the Feitio depends on how long you stay and what is possible for you, and we will go through that with you personally. An initial donation of $1,000 holds your place. The rest is asked four weeks before departure.

    The first $1,000 is not returned if you cancel, because a place is committed on our side with the village once it is taken. Alongside the journey we ask each person for a contribution toward the Feitio and toward the planting of new vine and leaf in the territory.

    This work is held by the Ayahuasca Restoration Foundation, the nonprofit work of our church, Céu do Novo Mundo.

    in an ideal world we would be able to plant a good amount if vines and leaves when we are there, and also contribute to the Escola do Feitio.
