Studio Policies & Terms of Service
1. Term Structure & Enrollment
4-Month Terms: Lessons are structured in 4-month terms (Fall, Spring, and Summer). Enrolling reserves your specific weekly time slot for the entire 4-month period.
Renewal: Enrollment automatically renews for the upcoming term unless written notice of withdrawal is provided at least 30 days prior to the start of the next term.
2. Tuition & Payment Terms
Monthly Tuition: $320 Tuition is charged as a flat monthly rate that secures your reserved weekly lesson slot regardless of how many weeks fall in a given month.
Due Date: Payments are due on the 1st of each month with a 3 day grace period.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made via Zelle or Venmo.
Late Fees: A $100 late fee will be applied to any payments received after the 3rd of the month.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson and be eligible for a makeup/rescheduled session.
Makeup Lessons: Rescheduled lessons are subject to teacher availability within the current 4-month term and cannot be rolled over into future terms.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Lessons canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed lessons without notice, are forfeited and are not eligible for refunds or makeups.
Teacher Cancellations: If the teacher must cancel a lesson, a makeup session will be scheduled or a credit will be applied to the following month.
