Please consider the level you are able to pay and make your selection accordingly. If assistance is available, you will be sent a code to register at the level of aid you have requested.

Briefly highlight the Student’s financial need. You may include your household size, estimated monthly income, and any other payment option needs that are being requested. Please be aware that a $25 minimum deposit will be required to hold your place at registration, and that any balance due will need to be paid two weeks before the class begins, or the student may forfeit their place in the class.

Financial Assistance Acknowledgement

By submitting this request for financial assistance, I acknowledge that Student will not be officially registered for class until the following tasks are complete.

The Financially Responsible Party has created/updated a Family account registration on the Civic Education Class Portal and has digitally signed all Participation Agreements and Releases for Student.
The Financially Responsible Party has either paid in full or paid the minimum registration fee.
The Financially Responsible Party has paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the start of class in order to keep the student's place in class.

I also understand that my financial assistance offer is exclusively for the student and class applied for in this form, and that I may not share or re-use the code I receive. Additional requests for assistance must either be completed in a separate form or addressed in an email to education@spokanecivictheatre.com. I understand that financial assistance is not guaranteed, but that Civic Education will make every effort possible to provide access to all students, regardless of means.
