It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all spelling and dates are correct. Please provide information here:
Layout Approval
Sun City Sawdust will provide one digital photograph of the proposed layout for approval before the artwork is permanently attached. One reasonable layout revision is included. Additional revisions are $25 each.
The completion timeline will be paused until layout approval is received. Changes cannot be made after the customer approves the layout and permanent application begins.
Original-artwork authorization
I authorize Sun City Sawdust to cut, trim, layer, glue and permanently attach the artwork provided to a 24" × 30" wood panel. I understand that the original artwork will be permanently altered and generally cannot be removed without damage.
Digital-copy acknowledgment
Customers are responsible for photographing or scanning any artwork they wish to preserve in its original form before drop-off. Sun City Sawdust does not provide scanning or digital archiving unless arranged separately.
Material Limitations
Some materials may not be suitable for decoupage, including thick cardboard, washable marker art, chalk art, food covered art, three-dimensional objects, wet paint, loose glitter, fragile materials, heavily laminated items and artwork with bulky attachments. Sun City Sawdust may exclude materials that cannot be safely attached or sealed.
Handmade-project acknowledgment
Each collage is individually designed and completed by hand. The finished project may contain visible brushstrokes, paper texture, wrinkles, bubbles, overlapping edges and other natural variations associated with handmade decoupage. Colors may also change slightly after adhesive and sealer are applied.
Damage and irreplaceable-items acknowledgment
Sun City Sawdust will handle all artwork with reasonable care. However, paper artwork is fragile and may tear, wrinkle, discolor or otherwise change during cutting, gluing and sealing. Customers should not provide irreplaceable items unless they accept these risks.

Turnaround time
Estimated completion time is approximately 2–3 weeks after we receive the artwork, design selections and deposit. Turnaround may be extended while awaiting customer responses or layout approval. Completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a rush order has been accepted.
Pickup and Storage
Customers will be notified when the project and unused artwork are ready. Completed projects and unused artwork must be picked up within 14 days of notification. Projects left more than 30 days may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made.
