Mini Muslim Stay and Play session Terms and Conditions
By registering for this Mini Muslims Stay and Play session, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. You will follow all BBF Health & Safety regulations.
2. In emergencies, please go to designated evacuation points and follow instructions
given by staff and/or volunteers.
3. Mothers and/or their children who are unwell must not attend the session for 48 hours (or until no longer contagious in the case of chickenpox, hand foot and mouth, Covid-19
and other such infections), to prevent the spread of infection.
4. Mothers must attend with children and must:
a. Take full responsibility to supervise their children at all times;
b. Observe their children to ensure that they are capable of using the toys
safely;
c. Monitor their children’s behaviour;
d. Ensure that any children do not cause harm to others
through their method of play.
5. Mothers and babies are required to remove footwear on the playmats.
6. For the safety and wellbeing of younger children, we kindly request that any snacks
or consumable items that you bring do not contain nuts. Please also tidy up after yourselves.
7. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be
asked to leave without a refund.
8. In the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately report it
to a member of member of staff and/or volunteers.
9. BBF will not be liable for any accident or injury caused by negligent or misuse of
property and facilities.
10. Upon leaving the building please ensure that any property belonging to BBF is left behind.
11. BBF cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to your personal property during your visit.
12. Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.
13. We ask that all visitors refrain from taking photos of other children.
14. Please walk, don't run, inside the premises.
15. Please do not and ensure that your children do not:
a. touch the TV screens and any electrical equipment without authorisation.
b. access unauthorised areas.
c. lean on tables or equipment; and/or
d. play with the pool tables;
16. Please respect others and treat everyone with kindness and courtesy.
17. No bullying or harassment is tolerated to by staff or other attendees. This
includes physical, verbal, and online behaviour.
18. Please use appropriate language and do not swear or use offensive speech.
19. Please clean up after yourself and help to keep the centre tidy by using the bins
provided.
20. Please keep the toilets and nappy changing areas clean and be considerate to
others who may use them after you.
21. Always follow staff instructions and cooperate with staff and volunteers.
22. No drugs, alcohol and any other non-halal food items. These are strictly prohibited
on the premises.
23. Please respect equipment and facilities and use of the property as intended.
Immediately report any damage to staff or volunteers.
24. Please sign in and out: For safety reasons, please sign in upon your arrival and sign out upon departure.
25. Strictly no weapons are allowed on premises. This includes real or toy weapons, or
sharp objects capable of causing harm of any kind.
26. Please dress in appropriate attire and wear suitable clothing and footwear at all times.
27. Limited phone use: Please do your best to minimise mobile phone usage during activities or as directed by staff and volunteers.
28. This session is designed for mothers and children between ages 0-3. Subject to
availability this may be amended from time to time at the instructor’s discretion.
29. Please only consume food and drink in designated areas.
30. Please follow guidelines for appropriate and safe internet use.
31. The premises operates CCTV in line with the Durning Hall Data Privacy Policy.
32. The child or children must be your own or requisite consent from the child’s parent/guardian must be obtained prior to sign up.
33. Advance sign-ups are offered at a discounted price (£4 per child and £2.50 for sibling discount).
34. Bookings made 24 hours will be at full price (£6 per child and £4 for sibling discount).
35. Bookings are non refundable.
