  • Financial Agreement

Community Preschool's tuition is calculated for the school year and is then divided into 10 equal monthly payments (whether the month has 16 days or 20 days of service for ex.). I understand that each monthly tuition payment is due before the 5th day of the month of service. I was informed of the different payment methods (check, cash, Zelle) and understand that I will be charged a $50 late fee if my payment is not submitted by the 5th of the month of service, and that my child may not attend until payment is submitted whether the due date is a weekday,
a weekend day or a Holiday. A fee of $30 will be applied to your account for each returned check for insufficient funds.

The administration fee, supplies fee and security deposit (June 2027 tuition) are nonrefundable. Tuition is also nonrefundable for any reason including unforeseen school closure and covid related missed days, AND may not be transferred to another month or child. Missed days and vacation days may not be swapped or prorated.

I understand my financial obligations and will abide by the above rules.
