The USU Club Awards celebrate the outstanding Clubs, Societies and student leaders who have made a positive impact on the University of Sydney community throughout 2026.
This year marks 20 years of celebrating and recognising the achievements of USU Clubs, Societies and student leaders, making the 2026 Awards a special milestone for our community!
Awards are judged against published criteria and may require supporting evidence.
Some awards will be announced online in the lead-up to the Awards Night.
Awards Night Major award winners will be announced at the USU Club Awards Night on 4 November 2026.
Eligibility
- Open to all currently affiliated USU clubs and societies.
- Activities must have occurred during 2026 unless stated otherwise.
- Supporting evidence may be requested.
- Clubs may nominate themselves for multiple awards.
- Clubs may only submit one entry per award. Submitting multiple entries in the same award will not increase your chances of winning.
- By submitting photos or videos, you consent to the USU using them for promotional purposes, including featuring winning submissions on USU channels.
- Clubs may submit applications with the assistance of AI tools; however, assessment will focus on the quality, authenticity, evidence, and effort demonstrated in the submission.
