Guest is responsible for removing pet hair, dirt, and other pet-related debris from the Premises before checkout. Excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning, including from floors, furniture, bedding, or other surfaces, may result in an additional cleaning charge deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.

Guest must remove and properly dispose of all pet waste from the yard and surrounding grounds before checkout. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge for yard cleanup and disposal.
