As part of the City of Marion’s ongoing commitment to art and culture, all artists living or working in the Marion Council area are invited to participate in the 25th Annual City of Marion Community Art Exhibition.
Entries must meet the terms and conditions listed on this sheet.
Artists must live or work in the City of Marion.

- Entry is ONLY open to residents living or working in the City of Marion area.
- Entry is FREE.
- All artwork must have been created in the last 12 months
- Artwork must be for sale. A commission of 33% (includes GST) will be taken from the sale price of any sold items.
- Only one piece of artwork will be accepted per exhibitor.
- Size of entry: please check with Gallery if your artwork is over one metre wide.
- Entries may close earlier if Gallery has reached capacity.

Important Dates
Entry submission: to be submitted to Gallery M by Saturday 14 NOV 2026 4pm.
Delivery of artwork: Saturday 21 NOV, 10am - 3pm - NO work will be accepted after this date.
If you have any difficulty with the delivery time, contact Gallery M staff in the week prior to delivery to make alternative arrangements
Official opening event: Friday 27 NOV 2026 5:45pm - 8:00pm
Exhibition dates: Friday 27 NOV - Saturday 19 DEC 2026
Collection of artwork: Saturday 19 DEC 2026 between 3 and 6pm.
Note: Gallery M will be closed from 6pm on the 19th to 4th January inclusive there will no chance to collect work during this period.
Entry forms are an indication of intention to participate. Consignment agreement forms will be available closer to the exhibition.
