BY THE BEAT Kuji Square - September 2026

Terms and Conditions

This group order is based in the Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada area. Those living outside the Metro Vancouver area are welcome to participate in the group order; however, additional shipping fees and tariffs will apply (see below).

Group orders submissions for BY THE BEAT Kuji Square will close Sunday, September 20th 2026, at 9pm PDT. Please ensure your DMs are open so the group organizer can contact you to confirm your order.

All goods will be shipped to a JP warehouse, then to my address in Canada via EMS/Japan Post. From there, the goods will then be picked up/mailed to the final destination. The total cost structure will be as follows; the group organizer will contact individuals for specific payment and shipping details:

1. Cost of goods ordered + JP shipping costs to JP warehouse
2. Japan Post shipping costs to Canada + Canadian customs duties (if applicable)
3. Shipping + tariff costs to final destination (if applicable)

Goods are expected to arrive in February 2026. Only merch from the BY THE BEAT Kuji Square lineup; unfortunately, other NIJISANJI merch cannot be part of this group order.

Kuji Lottery Preferences Selection

Please read the following section carefully, if you are participating in the lottery draw. If you are not participating in the lottery, select "Not participating in the lottery draw" in the section below.

All purchased lottery draws will be pooled together, and re-allocated to purchasers based on their preferences. Allocations will be done round-robin style after the group order closes, with those who purchased more draws and those who submit earlier given priority. As with all lotteries, I cannot guarantee that you will be given your first preferences.

To select preferences, scroll down to select items from the "Catalog Options" column to move them into the "Selected Preferences" column. Scroll down the "Catalog Options" column to see all the options. Ensure that you select your preference in your preferred order, and that the "Selected Preferences" column reflects your true preferences. You should select as many preferences as you wish - do not limit selections to how many you have purchased.

To re-order or remove items from the preferences list, move them back to the "Catalog Options" column. For items you do not have any preferences for or items you do not wish to receive, do not select them - leave them in the "Catalog Options" column.
