2027 VETO SPORTS State League Men's New Club Application

INTRODUCTION

The Application Process for VETO SPORTS State League Men's Competitions is now open for Club Submission. In order for FV to consider an application, the below Jotform must be completed and submitted prior to 5pm Friday 23rd October 2026. It is important to note that FV may choose not to fill vacancies in season 2027.

*Only Clubs that are currently affiliated with FV will be eligible to apply via the 2027 State League Men's New Club Application Process. For avoidance of doubt, if your Club is currently working through a New Club Application Process for 2027, you will not be eligible to apply for a 2027 State League Men's position. Your Club must have competed in FV Competitions in 2026 to be eligible.

Player List* This field is required.Please attach a list of all players who have confirmed their participation and/or expressed keen interest in playing in the Men’s State League team should the Club be successful (the one downloaded at the start of the application). This information is required to include: o Players full name and their FFA ID o Playing background ((i.e., Club junior player, current Club player, recruited from a new Club etc.) o Playing position for each player o Appropriate team for each player (Seniors, Reserves or Senior/Reserves) Note: Clubs must submit player rosters that show a strong indication that they will be able to field both a seniors and reserves team.

Seniors & Reserves State League Men's Requirements* This field is required.The Club acknowledges that the Club will field both a seniors and reserves team for the duration of the Regular Season. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal of the Club from the SLM structure in accordance with the Rules of Competition.
