Thank you for your interest in applying for Resolve’s 2026-27 Community Changemaker Fellowship under the theme “Visibilizing Belonging: Fostering Disability Inclusion in Action and Attitude 歸屬感呈現：推動身心受障共融”. Your answers will help us assess if you will ultimately be one of our 25 Fellows from December 2026–May 2027!

Before you start this application form, please take some time to read through our webpage dedicated to our 2026 Fellowship, Info Pack and the latest version of our Data Privacy Policy which is available on our website. This will give you information on the selection process, qualities we are looking for in candidates and practical information on the program.

This application form has 4 key sections:

To make the process of filling out the application form as smooth as possible, you are able to save your answers as a draft and revisit them at a later time(s) to make any amendments before the final submission.

All candidates MUST answer all the questions within each section and submit this application form by 23:59 on 6th November, 2026. Being nominated is not a requirement and will not impact the selection process.

Resolve’s Fellowship aims at empowering emerging social justice leaders from marginalized and underrepresented communities. Through workshops and mentoring from experienced social leaders, the half-year journey moves them up the empowerment ladder (see image). The program is specifically designed for people who are between the Learner and Changemaker stages.
