Strictly pay before you play rule. NO GAMES WILL BEGIN IF GAME FEES ARE NOT PAID.
Cancellation of games allowed 48 hours prior to start of game. Any games cancelled 48 hours before start will be handled as a forfeit and team that forfeits will be liable for both team's game fees (must paid in full before next game).
Registration fee of 1 X game fee is payable per league. Full season fees paid by 3rd league game. Teams withdrawing from the league after completion of registration form will be liable for a withdrawal fee of R3000.00 plus any forfeit fees if applicable.
All league games must be played to qualify for finals.
Please let owner/Management know of any problematic days and times if applies.

I, the undersigned hereby agree to all terms and conditions noted above and irrevocably indemnify the owner/Management against any loss in any way, damage, injury or death, cost, interest and expense which the owner/Management may hereafter be held liable for, pay, incur or sustain in connection with any action, proceedings or claim being instituted against it by any party whomsoever, including the legal guardian of the minor child, directly or indirectly arising from or related to the use of all facilities within EAGLE SPORTS. In respect of all players involved in the abovementioned teams including the legal guardian shall abide and perform accordingly. In the event of the account not being settled timeously by the applicant/joint applicant, then interest shall be charged at a rate of 5% per month on outstanding balance and the owner or management can suspend team until balance is paid.
I/we undertake to be liable for all legal costs involved between attorney and debt collectors and the company as well as tracing collection fees due, should it be necessary for legal action to be taken for any recovery of any amount owing. I/we consent to you being able to obtain credit and related information concerning myself/company at any time and exchange/lodge and disclose such information with any credit bureau without any further notice to me/company. I/we consent that you may use a national credit database for tracing purposes should I abscond.
