In submitting and signing this audition form, I acknowledge the following.

The work periods for this internship will be from 9 am through 4 pm Monday, October 19th through Friday, October 23rd. For those working on the show, there will be possible extended rehearsal period on Friday. Performances will be on Friday, October 23rd at 7:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday, October 24-25 at 2:00 pm. Half day shifts are possible, however, only extremely limited conflicts will be accepted due to the short schedule.

The education show incorporates elements of horror, suspense, death, grief, mourning, and implied violence/murder. These topics may not be suitable for everyone. It is the responsibility of Parents and guardians to determine if this production is appropriate for their child. Scripts are available to peruse in the office at Spokane Civic Theatre.

Spokane Civic Theatre expects all participants, volunteers, teaching artists and staff to abide by our community expectations of civility and mutual respect. Harassment, bullying, and aggressive or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated in Civic Education programs and may be cause for dismissal.
