Terms and Conditions
Age and size appropriate: Up to 7 years of age only. The soft play is designed for specific age groups and sizes. Users should be of the appropriate age and size to use the rented soft play equipment safely.
No shoes: All users must remove their shoes before entering the soft play to prevent damage to the soft play - for hygiene reasons please keep socks on.
No Food or Drink: Food, beverages, gum, and sweets are not allowed on the soft play to prevent choking hazards and damage to the equipment.
An adult must always supervise the soft play area.
No face paints, party poppers, confetti, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the soft play.
No rough play: Rough play, wrestling, flips, or any other actions that may lead to injury is strictly prohibited.
Encourage gentle and considerate play to maintain a safe and enjoy able environment for all users.
No Sharp Objects, Jewellery, Glasses or zips: Users should remove jewellery and glasses and not carry any sharp objects while inside the soft play area, that could cause injury or damage to the soft play equipment.
No Smoking: Smoking, open flames, candles, or any heat sources are prohibited near the soft play equipment.
This company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using the equipment.
Report Damages: Any damages, issues, or concerns should be reported to the vendor immediately.
Any damage caused to the equipment by the hirer will incur a charge.
Operational Safety: The Play Patch will ensure that the soft play equipment is in proper working condition at the time of delivery and setup.
Insurance: The Play Patch carries liability insurance covering accidents related to the operation of the soft play equipment. Details of this insurance can be provided upon request.
