We’d like to invite you to join us for Fins & Fenders Cruise-In at Camp Margaritaville Auburndale! This event brings together cool cars, good vibes, local vendors, and plenty of Margaritaville fun for a laid-back day in paradise. We’re looking for vendors to help make Fins & Fenders an even better experience for our car enthusiasts, resort guests, and local community. Whether you offer unique merchandise, handcrafted goods, automotive-inspired products, specialty items, or something that simply fits the Fins & Fenders vibe, we’d be happy to have you apply! Please review all event and vendor information below before submitting your application. Submitting an application does not guarantee vendor acceptance or participation. Vendor Application & Payment Information

Completing this form does NOT guarantee the vendor a space at Fins & Fenders. Acceptance will be based upon meeting criteria and on need categories of business. We want to have a diverse range of vendors and products available. While we do take into consideration timing of applications, please note vendor selections are not based on a first come, first serve basis. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email with our Vendor Agreement and Payment Instructions. By making a payment, the vendor is accepting all terms in our Vendor Agreement.

Please select the type of booth(s) you would like to be considered for. Please note that Fins & Fenders is an outdoor vendor event, and all vendor spaces will be located outside. Unlike our Paradise Market, indoor vendor spaces are not available for this event. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, displays, and any other materials needed for their booth setup. Please plan accordingly for an outdoor setup and weather conditions.
Waitlist

If a prospective vendor applies to a market that is full or in a product line that we deem to be full, the vendor may be waitlisted. If a space becomes available, we will reach out to the vendors on our waitlist to let them know a space has become available.
If you are put on our waitlist, how much notice will you need in order to accept an offer to attend the event?
By signing this form, you acknowledge that this submission is an application only and does not guarantee or confirm a vendor booth space at Fins & Fenders. The Camp Margaritaville Auburndale Events Team will review all applications and will contact vendors approximately 2–3 weeks prior to the applicable Fins & Fenders event date to confirm acceptance. If approved, the vendor will receive an invoice and will have three (3) days from the date the invoice is received to submit payment and secure their booth space. Booth space is not considered confirmed until payment has been received. All vendor payments are final and non-refundable.
