Register your middle school student for an engaging and impactful free event focused on mental health! Participants will kick off the day with fun icebreakers and games, then explore important mental health topics, including practicing self-care, supporting their peers and recognizing signs that someone may be struggling.
Students will also discover teen mental health resources available to them, including Project YES. Project YES is a free, anonymous online mental health resource designed specifically for teens (13-17), offering quick sessions to help you build confidence, boost your mood, and learn new ways to deal with stress and anxiety.
