🎉 Welcome to the "Hanging with the Presidents" Back to School Skate Party hosted by the TN Metropolitan Youth Department ! We’re excited to have you rolling with us for a fun night on the rink. Here’s everything you need to know:

Group Rate

Group rates are from 1:00–3:00 PM. If you arrive AFTER 3:00 pm, the full price will apply and you will be skating at your own risk.

Price

Total price for this event is $16.00 — includes admission, skate rental, 2 slices of pizza, and 1 small drink.

Waiver Requirement

All attendees must have a signed TN Metropolitan waiver form before attending the event.

Age / Accompaniment Rules:

Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 21+ with no additional fee.

Anyone 21 and under must pay the group rate even if they are not skating during the event.

Event Waiver
I, the undersigned participant or parent/legal guardian, acknowledge that participating in the TN Metropolitan Youth Department Back to School Skate Night involves inherently active and physical recreational activities, including but not limited to roller skating, inline skating, or ice skating.

I understand and acknowledge that skating activities carry known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, bodily harm, property damage, or damage to myself, my child(ren), or third parties. These risks include, but are not limited to:

* Slips, trips, falls, and loss of balance on or off the skating surface.
* Collisions with other skaters, equipment, walls, or structural obstacles.
* Sprains, fractures, concussions, abrasions, or other bodily injuries.
* Equipment malfunction, improper fit, or failure of personal/rented skates and protective gear.

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full personal responsibility for my and my minor child(ren)'s participation.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this TN Metropolitan Youth Department event, I, on behalf of myself, my minor child(ren), my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS TN Metropolitan Youth Department, its, directors, leaders, volunteers, agents, venue owners, and affiliated entities (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities for bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or related to my or my minor child(ren)'s presence at or participation in the Back to School Skate Night, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and defend the Releasees against any third-party claims, costs, or attorney's fees arising from my or my minor child(ren)'s conduct, actions, or participation in this event.

In the event of an injury, accident, or sudden illness during the event, I authorize TN Metropolitan Youth Department staff, leadership, or designated adult leaders to secure necessary medical care, treatment, transportation, or hospitalization for myself or my minor child(ren) if I am unavailable or incapacitated. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
