All sponsorship levels, vendor selections, requested benefits, promotional opportunities, contributions, services, products, pricing, and other terms listed on this application are requests and/or expressions of interest only and are subject to review and approval by the Organization. A representative of Walker Business Ventures, LLC will communicate with the applicant to discuss the requested sponsorship or vendor arrangement, confirm availability, and negotiate any applicable terms, benefits, contributions, or adjustments. No sponsorship, vendor placement, partnership, or other commitment is considered final or binding until the terms have been mutually agreed upon and documented in a separate written agreement or contract signed by the appropriate parties.
