Orders needed in 4 business days or less are considered rush orders and are subject to a +$100 rush fee and availability. Shipping/transit time is not included in turnaround time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS!!
1. Artwork Deposit: A $125 deposit is required before design work begins. The deposit is subtracted from the total cost of the order.

2. Revisions: Two revision rounds are included. A revision round includes all changes requested at one time. Additional revision rounds are $30 each.

3. Measurements: The customer is responsible for providing or confirming accurate measurements. All final measurements must be complete before printing begins.

4. Final Approval: The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all names, numbers, sponsor information, spelling, colors, placement, and other artwork details before printing. Bloodline Grafix is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before printing begins.

6. Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork is approved, measurements are complete, and final payment has been received. Orders needed in 4 business days or less are considered rush orders and are subject to a $100 rush fee and availability.

7. Specialty Materials: Specialty overlays, including fluorescent, chrome, holographic, and similar materials, may vary in appearance and durability and are subject to additional charges.

8. Customer-Supplied Artwork: Sponsor logos and other customer-supplied artwork should be print-ready when possible. Artwork requiring extensive recreation may be subject to an additional design fee.

9. Installation: Installation is not included. Bloodline Grafix is not responsible for damage or installation issues occurring after printed graphics leave our possession.

10. Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds are based on the amount of design work completed. Before artwork begins, the deposit may be fully refunded. If artwork has begun, a Percent of the deposit may be retained for work completed. Once substantial design work has been completed, the $125 artwork deposit is non-refundable.

11. Custom Printed Products: Once printing has begun, custom-printed products are non-refundable unless Bloodline Grafix made a production error.
