HANDS 2026-27 Home Improvement Program Application
HANDS is pleased to launch our 2026 Home Improvement Program! Knowing how transformative a home renovation can be on a family's health, safety, and peace of mind, HANDS aims to support homeowners in Orange through this hallmark program. Selected applicants will receive grants of up to $15,000 for necessary repairs on their homes. Repairs include but are not limited to: roof replacements, bathroom/kitchen remodeling, façade improvements, and weatherization. The deadline to apply is October 15, 2026.
