  • Notice and Constitutional Demand to Redress a Writ of Error

    Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent

    I, ______________, one of the People (as seen in the 50 American States), republican in form, Sui Juris, do serve you, the Justices of the Supreme Court, this Notice, by Necessity, so that you do provide immediate due care;

    Please take Notice that I ask: “Where does the Constitution grant authority to deny justice?”

    Please take Notice that on August 25, 2026, this Court received a First Amendment petition (see image below) for a writ of error to correct errors in law done by government. (see evidence below):

    Maxim: “Every presumption of the law must be in aid of justice.” C.L.M.

    Please take Notice that the Petitioner, as claimed in her affidavit and as shown by the public record, is a mother whose children were taken with an administrative warrant issued by a non-judicial officer in November 2021. The Constitution prohibits this kind of adventurous theory. (see evidence below):

    Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

    “No person shall be…deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law…”

    Maxim: “The main object of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the law of God.” American Maxim

    Please take Additional Notice that on June 18, 2026, this Court admitted that the original Supreme Court took writs of error (T.M. v. University of Maryland System Corporation, 608 U.S. __ (2026), No. 25-197, Thomas, J., concurrence).

    Please take Additional Notice that on June 29, 2026, this Court wrote, “We have tolerated adventurous theories long enough. It is time to return, all the way, to the Constitution.” (Trump v. Slaughter, 609 U.S. __ (2026), No. 25-332, Gorsuch, J., concurrence.)

    Please take Precise Notice that Petitioner’s writ of error gives this Court the chance to redress a First Amendment petition just like the original Supreme Court. (see evidence below):

    Maxim: “Things derogatory to the common law are not to be drawn into precedent.” Branch, Princ.

    Please take Final Notice that it is my wish and demand that this Court, by necessity, accept the Petitioner’s writ of error, and give her Fifth Amendment due process of law. This good faith act shall prove that government obeys the law. Anything else shall stand as evidence that the Supreme Court affirms that children can be taken with bad warrants issued by fake judges. That prohibited form is foreign to this nation, and People may freely abolish government. (see evidence below):

    John Locke, Two Treatises of Government, Bk 2, Ch XIX, Sec. 222

    “Whensoever therefore the legislative shall transgress this fundamental rule of society; and either by ambition, fear, folly or corruption, endeavour to grasp themselves, or put into the hands of any other an absolute power over the lives, liberties, and estates of the people; by this breach of trust they forfeit their power, the people had put into their hands, for quite contrary ends, and it devolves to the people, who have a right to resume their original liberty, and, by the establishment of new legislative (such as they shall think fit) provide for their own safety and security, which is the end for which they are in society.”

    Maxim: “Necessity overrules the law.” Hob. 144; Cooley, Const. Lim. (4th ed.) 747
