  • The following form is for the 2027 Membership Application and Invoice, which includes our sole request for your information and advertisements for the 2027 Membership Directory. 

    Please note: no information is saved in our system until you click the green "Submit" button on the final page.

     

    Once completed, an invoice for payment will automatically be emailed to the listed point of contact.

    Logistics for 2027 Membership:

    • The membership drive concludes on Friday, November 13, 2026. All renewing membership applications received after this date must include a $50 late fee.
    • The deadline for inclusion in the 2027 Membership Directory is Friday, December 11, 2026. All agencies must have submitted their membership dues by this deadline for inclusion in the Membership Directory.
    • Each member receives a free membership entry, but you may also purchase an ad.
    • New organizations requesting membership will not incur a late fee.

  • Membership Drive Overview for New Members

    The Mon Valley Providers Council (MVPC) is an alliance of human service and related organizations which are based in or have a substantial service presence in the Mon Valley and serves as a formal network for information and resource exchange among human service providers. Members of the MVPC are involved in Working Groups which address crucial areas of Employment and Training, Health, and Housing. Through these Working Groups, the MVPC promotes cooperation, coordination, and collaboration among its organizations in an effort to fill gaps in the Mon Valley communities. 

    Formal membership is a key element to the MVPC's work. Over the years, we have grown in our membership numbers, our membership benefits, and the activities and programs to fill gaps in services for residents in the Mon Valley. As a new member, your organization will receive more information regarding the MVPC, including a copy of membership benefits, MVPC priorities, Monthly Forward Protocol, and an overveiw of the Human Services Center Mon Valley (HSCMV) and tenant agencies at HSCMV.

    Dues are based on the agency's budget. Individual programs of larger, countywide agencies may join based on the specific program's annual budget.

  • Verification - I hereby attest that the budget information is correct to the best of my knowledge. Falsifying budget information is grounds for removal from the MVPC.

  • 2027 Additional Member Contributions and Benefits

    Contributions to the MVPC beyond the cost of dues are tax deductible. All contributions will assist the MVPC and will be recognized in the Annual Report.
