Service Unit Basic Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 active Girl Scout troops
- Minimum of 5 service unit volunteer roles filled (different volunteers)
- Held service unit meetings during the 25-26 Girl Scout year
- Must have a Service Unit Bank account
- Service Unit Finance Report has been submitted
- Must have no council debt.
Service Unit Membership Criteria:
- Retention Rate
  - Girl = 60%
  - Adults = 60%
- Total Membership Goals are met at 100%
