*Inside fee is $200 per 10x10 booth

2026 Booth Rental $200 per Booth (10X10). This includes 1, 8’ Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Trash Can. We’ll provide 2 Vendor Passes for entry into the building. We rent Booths on a First Come First Serve Bases. Vendors are required to stay within their booth parameters.

This Subleasing Vendor Information and Indemnification (hereinafter "Agreement"), executed by the undersigned parties on this day selected above, constitutes an agreement for the use of property managed by Central Panhandle Fair in Bay County Florida Inc. (hereinafter "Sublessee). Regarding the terms and conditions of use, the undersigned parties agree as follow:

SUBLESSEE. Any individual or business that pays a monetary fee to the user renting the facility under the Central Panhandle Fair's Venue Rental Agreement and selling products for monetary gain. 

Sublessee shall hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Central Panhandle Fair in Bay County Inc, and its employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents (collectively, the "Central Panhandle Fair") from and against any and all liability,loss,damage,expense,cost. (including without limitations cost, attorney’s fees and fees of litigation)of every nature arising out of' or in connection with, or relating to Sublease’s use of the Fairgrounds or its failure to comply with any of its obligations contained in this Agreement ,except such loss or damage which was caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the Central Panhandle Fair.The subleasee's sole remedy for damages or injuries occurred shall be against the below referenced Facility User.

 *It is recommended to bring a wagon or dolly to transport your items from your vehicle to your vendor space. 

*NO TENTS INSIDE DUE TO LIMITED SPACES

*You are responsible to keep your space clean and neat at all times.

*No alcoholic beverages, open fires, explosives or other illegal activity not compatible with the family atmosphere of this event may not be displayed, sold or consumed on premises.

*If your application is approved, you will be contacted by email or phone.

 *It is very important that you are committed to the market once you are registered.
