I hereby authorize Advantage Indoor to initiate automatic credit card charges for Summer Classes. Charges will run the Monday preceding the week the student(s) is registered for.

If we do not have a card on file for you, you will receive a call from us to put a card on file. However, if you fail to respond after 3 attempts, your child's spot in the camp will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding!
