• Connie's 5k - Volunteer Intake

    Thank you for your interest in supporting Connie's Run on Saturday, September 26th, 2026!

  • A few important details:

    The event will officially start at 8:00 am and end at 12:00 pm.  Some volunteers will begin before this to help with pre-race set up.  Each volunteer assignment has a listed arrival time.  Please select ALL the volunteer jobs below you are willing to do and you will be contacted to let you know which you are assigned, depending on what is needed.

  • Please select as many of these as you are willing to do.  You will be assigned to one before race day and your ARRIVAL time will be confirmed.
  • Are you willing to LEAD one of the volunteer tasks?  *If you are willing, we will be holding a volunteer zoom meeting on Wednesday, September 23rd at 7pm.  Details will follow.

    The undersigned, by giving this personal likeness consent (the “Consent”), hereby grant to Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse and its agents (“CORA”) consent to record, videotape and photograph my image and/or my voice. I hereby further grant CORA the perpetual and irrevocable right and permission to use, display, distribute, reproduce, modify, publicly perform and/or copyright my name, voice, likeness, image, appearance and biographical information (the “Likeness”) in, on or in connection with any words (written) alone or with those of others, by means of photographs, videos, images, audio, recordings, websites, television programs, social media, advertisements, sales and marketing brochures, books, magazines, other publications, CDs, DVDs, tapes and other printed and electronic forms and media throughout the world, now known or later developed (the “Media”) to use in legitimate business purposes related to Cora, including, without limitation, advertising, promotions, public relations, educational and fundraising materials (the “Permitted Use”). I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT MY LIKENESS AND THE MEDIA THAT CONTAINS SUCH LIKENESS (THE “LIKENESS MATERIALS”) BECOME THE PROPERTY OF CORA AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED TO ME. I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP TO ANY OF THE LIKENESS MATERIALS. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT CORA SHALL OWN ALL RIGHTS TO SUCH LIKENESS MATERIALS AND I WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE THEIR USE BY CORA. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY LIKENESS MAY NOT NECESSARILY BE USED BY VIRTUE OF THIS CONSENT. I HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT FOR SIGNING THIS CONSENT. I ALSO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE ANY ROYALTIES OR OTHER COMPENSATION IN CONNECTION WITH CORA’S USE OF MY LIKENESS FOR ANY OF THE PURPOSES AUTHORIZED BY THIS CONSENT. I HEREBY FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE CORA ITS SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, DEMANDS OR, CLAIMS AND LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, OF ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WHATSOEVER, THAT I HAVE OR MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERMITTED USE. I FURTHER WAIVE ALL MORAL RIGHTS TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE. I understand and agree that this Consent is binding and constitutes an agreement between myself and CORA, and no waiver, modification or addition to this Consent shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the parties. I affirm that: (1) i am at least 18 years of age, or, if I am under 18 years of age, I have obtained the required consent of my parent or legal guardian as evidenced by the signature below; (2) I have every right to grant CORA the use of my likeness materials without violating any commitments with a third-party. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand its contents, meaning, and impact.
