Paid in Full, all European Mounts must be paid in full at drop off.

50% Deposit at drop off and 50% pay two weeks before the mount is completed, as communicated by CS Taxidermy.

I understand and agree that CS Taxidermy (CST), owners and employees are not liable for ant loss or damage as a result of fire, flood, theft, power outages, etc. or any other Acts of God. CST has no control over any trophy prior to receiving it for mounting and reserves the right to refuse specimens based on the condition presented at drop off. CST shall complete the work by the estimated date of delivery, or as extended by the notice of CST. I understand that the estimated date of delivery is an accurate estimation based on previous experience but is not a guarantee. I understand that CST will contact me in the event that a commission will be completed beyond estimated date and agreed to refrain from contacting employees concerning a completion date before the estimated date. The wild game that I present to CS Taxidermy LLC has been taken in accordance to the regulations of the state in which it was taken. I understand that it is subjected by state and federal conservation authorities. A 50% deposit is required before any work shall begin, the remaining balance shall be paid two weeks prior to completion. Should CST enforce any council to enforce any right hereunder, you will be responsible for attorney fees. Agreement with this form absolves CST from responsibility for phenomena beyond its control including but not limited to: fire, theft, power outages, etc. I understand and agree to the terms listed above.
