Please take note of the following terms and guidelines:
1. Response Time
Enquiries will be attended to within 2–5 working days.
2. Booking Lead Time
Orders must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event date to allow sufficient time for logistics and stock preparation. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may not be accepted.
3. Quotation
Any applicable manpower, setup, logistics, and outstation mileage fees will be clearly stated in the quotation.
4. Venue Requirements
The venue must provide flat-ground or elevator access, as well as a suitable power outlet for cart/truck operations.
5. Confirmation & Payment
A booking is only confirmed upon full payment.
6. Changes & Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to availability and confirmation.
7. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the enquiry/order form is accurate and complete.
