Team Nomination – Queensland Junior Club Championships (QJCC)
Basketball Queensland invites affiliated Clubs to submit team nominations for the 2026 Queensland Junior Club Championships. Nominations are open for Girls and Boys teams competing in any domestic club competition in the following age groups:
Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, and Under 18.

Nominations Close: 5:00 PM, 25 October 2026
Tournament Dates: Sunday 13 December – Tuesday 15 December 2026
Venues: Logan Basketball (Cornubia), Southern Districts Basketball Association (Carina) and Brisbane Basketball (Auchenflower)
Player Eligibility
All players must be under the designated age as of 31 December 2026 to compete in the corresponding age group:
Under 12: Under the age of 12.
Under 14: Under the age of 14.
Under 16: Under the age of 16.
Under 18: Under the age of 18.
Player Points System
Please refer to the 2026 QJCC Rules for player points guidelines.
Please complete the Excel Spreadsheet attached with the correct Player Points to ensure teams are suited to the correct division.

Divisional Structure
The number of divisions per age group and gender will be based on the volume of nominations and the breakdown of player points. Each division will consist of 4, 6, 8, or 10 teams.
Note: If the number of teams does not fit evenly within these structures, some clubs may be asked to move a team into a different division.
Nomination Fee
$715.00 (inc. GST) per team
Invoices will be issued after nominations close.
